🚚 Pickup & Delivery

Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery? No. Just leave your laundry in a designated "safe spot" (like your porch) and let us know where to find it in your order notes.

What is your turnaround time? Our standard turnaround time is 48 hours. Rush delivery (24 hours) is available for an additional $20.

How should I bag my clothes for the first order? For your first pickup, any disposable bag (like a heavy-duty kitchen bag) works great. No hampers, please. We will return your clean clothes in our professional packaging.

💳 Pricing & Policies

How much does it cost? We charge a simple per-pound rate for standard laundry. For bulky items like comforters, we charge a flat fee per item. Please see our Shop Page for a full list.

Is there a minimum order? Yes, we have a small minimum order fee of $30 to cover the cost of pickup and delivery. If your laundry weighs less than the minimum, you will be charged the minimum flat rate.

What happens if an item is lost or damaged? We treat your clothes as if they were our own. In the rare event of an issue, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve any issues.

Do you offer ironing or hanging? Absolutely. We offer Hanger Service for $1.00 per item and Ironing Service for $2.00 per item. Just let us know your preferences when you place your order.

Can you wash large items like comforters? Yes, we can handle Queen or King-size comforters for a flat rate of $20.00 each.

Does the background image have anything to do with laundry? No, it does not. But it is relaxing and we can use a little relaxation in our lives, don’t you think?
